NOTES TO ARTWORK

I made the original of its beautiful here at the edge as a one-off painting on metal, which is now sitting beautifully in a lovely home in Nelson. This print is a photograph I made of the original, and i love how different it is from the original, and how beautiful it is in its own right.

The excellent stylist Lucinda Le Heron made the artwork a real feature of her beautiful entrance to her newly renovated home.

Print description:

Archival [aka “last a lifetime”] photographic print [Ilford photorag], signed, dated, edition number .  Each print is overdrawn pencil, in the appropriate areas, by Fleur herself, making each print in effect unique.

EDITION

This studioprint is created in a limited edition of 250. That means there are only ever 250 of these prints go out into the world! EVER. [Plus my artist proofs, which I keep for my records and are not for sale.]

SIGNED, NUMBERED & HAND-EMBELLISHED

Each studioprint is individually signed, dated and numbered, with a small amount of hand-drawing in pencil by FW directly onto the paper, giving each print a unique quality.

PRINT Small size: measures 29.7x42 cm

Giclee print on smooth bright white photo rag 308gsm archival paper, with a matte finish, using pigment inks. Printed in New Zealand. [Archival = last a lifetime].

* Note that the size of the image within the paper varies, according to shape and size of the individual artwork. A white border is left around each artwork to allow for handling by framer.

TIMEFRAMES

My studioprints are made to order. The approximate turnaround time for unframed prints is 10 working days, for framed artwork 4 weeks. If you need your studioprint for a particular date, please let me know at the time you order, and I'll do my best to make that happen!
