Notes to the work: I wrote the words again and again, on a small piece of paper, in charcoal. I folded it, intending to discard it. Then opened the paper again, saw its beauty. I then photographed the paper, worked on it in Photoshop, then blew it up large. Scale is very important to this image. The small and private and domestic needs to be seen large, all the folds and creases and messiness of life get amplified by the scale, made more beautiful because of it.
