Notes to the artwork

I made this thinking about my thirty year career, and how I have always returned to it. I’ve had my doubts, my wobbly moments, my topsy-turvy days, where I question WTF I’m doing with my life… but every single time I have returned to this work that I love. Same can be said for any long term thing we do in this life, eh. Always? Always.

Description

My studio prints are created in a limited edition of 25. That means there are only ever 25 of these prints go out into the world! [Plus my artist proofs, which I keep for my records and are not for sale.]

Each studio print is individually signed, dated and numbered, with a small amount of hand-drawing in pencil by FW directly onto the paper, giving each print a unique quality.

The artwork is a giclee print on smooth bright white photo rag 308gsm archival paper, with a matte finish, using pigment inks. Printed in New Zealand. [Archival = last a lifetime].

Available in 4 paper sizes

Small: measures 29.7 x 42 cm

Medium: measures 42 x 59.4 cm

* Note that the size of the image within the paper varies, according to shape and size of the individual artwork. A white border is left around each artwork to allow for handling by framer.

A3 print $452 , A3 framed $725

A2 print $966, A2 framed $1470
